Common questions

Before you order.

How far in advance do I need to order?

We recommend at least 5–7 days for custom orders. For complex designs or large showpiece cakes, 2–3 weeks is ideal. Rush orders may be possible — contact us directly.

Can I share a reference image?

Absolutely — it's the best way to communicate your vision. Upload photos or Instagram links in the order form. We'll let you know what's achievable within your budget.

What if I don't know what I want?

Tell us the occasion, who it's for, and your budget. That's enough for us to make recommendations. You don't need to arrive with a complete vision.

Do you offer tasting sessions?

Tasting sessions are available for wedding and large event orders. For standard custom cakes, we recommend ordering a smaller version of your preferred flavour first.

Is a deposit required?

Yes — a 50% deposit is required to confirm your custom order. The balance is due at pickup or before delivery.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area. Delivery fees vary by distance. You can also pick up from our Scarborough or Downtown Wellesley locations at no extra cost.
