Don't forget these...
Figs cooked down to jam. Earl Grey steeped into cream. A late harvest, held in six layers.
无花果伯爵茶 · 栗子戚风
Earl Grey Cream
Black tea and bergamot, steeped into the cream itself rather than added as flavouring. It reads citrus first, then a dry, clean tea finish that keeps the sweetness in check.
Fig, Two Ways
Fig jam cooked in-house until it turns dark and thick, then layered with figs cut fresh that day. One is deep and honeyed, the other cool and soft. You get the seeds in both.
Chestnut
Chestnut worked smooth and left only lightly sweetened. Dense where everything else is light, it's the part of the slice that tastes like the season.
Vanilla Chiffon
Deliberately plain. Its job is to carry tea, fruit and chestnut without adding a fourth voice, and to keep the slice light on the fork.
Inside Every Slice
Whole chestnuts, fresh fig, and a single handmade fondant maple leaf.
Storage
Best enjoyed the same day. Keep refrigerated until serving. Rest 15 minutes out of the fridge — the chestnut softens and the tea opens up.

Every cake leaves our kitchen by hand. Small differences in colour, decoration, and finish are natural to fresh cream cakes and aren't treated as defects. Fresh figs are seasonal, so their size and colour will vary. Orders are held until closing on your pickup date — tell us in advance if you need another time.
